TEND is a professional conference focused on grief, hospice, palliative care, and compassionate end-of-life support.
Through keynote presentations, clinical education, interdisciplinary dialogue, creative experiences, and networking opportunities, attendees will explore how we care for ourselves and one another through life’s most profound transitions at Tennessee’s premier and comprehensive end-of-life conference.

Continuing Education Credit Available: 6 NBCC credit hours
Alive has been approved by NBCC as an Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No. 8043. Programs that do not qualify for NBCC credit are clearly identified. Alive is solely responsible for all aspects of the programs.
