Annie & the Big Band Christmas

Jazz singer and composer Annie Sellick is raising funds for Alive hospice patients at her 4th annual Annie & the Big Band Christmas Show at Third and Lindsley on December 18. This event usually sells out!

Annie and her 18-piece orchestra jazz up seasonal classics in a Big Band style Christmas show that truly swings! The hugely talented ensemble has previously featured soloists Pat Bergeson on guitar, Roy Agee on trombone, and saxophonists Don Aliquo and Rahsaan Barber.

She has been voted Best Jazz Artist by readers of the Nashville Scene several years in a row. A native Nashvillian, she volunteers at Alive’s Nashville residence, bringing companionship and support to patients and their families.

The show will feature favorites like “Winter Wonderland,” “The Christmas Waltz,” “Let it Snow,” and “The Christmas Song.” She also features big band embellishments on original songs from her Christmas album, “Let’s Make a Christmas Memory” and “To Those Who Believe.”
