The holiday season can be a very difficult time if you've lost a loved one. How do you approach the first holiday season after a loss? What can we do to make the season more manageable and reduce stress?
Alive Hospice's Grief During the Holidays seminars will show how to do it with tips and strategies from professional grief counselors. They also include a time of remembrance. They're free, and they're coming up soon in Nashville and Murfreesboro.
There is no cost for attending, but reservations are required due to limited space. These seminars are made possible with support from the Heartland Hospice Memorial Fund.
Grief During the Holidays schedule:
Nashville seminars: Nov. 21 and Dec. 5 from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at Alive Hospice's administrative office, 1718 Patterson St. near downtown Nashville. Registration is required. RSVP online at http://alivegriefsupportservices.eventbrite.com or by calling 615-963-4732.
